rear sheet metal replacement and fitting
This was without a doubt the hardest thing I have enver done on a car on my life. I removed the rear sheet metal to remove rust and repair. The refitting with new panels and one new wheel arch was a nightmare. To compound problems, the sheet metal didn't fit well. It took me two years off and on the fix the situation. I will never remove the rear clip from another Healey. I will repair in place. I would have been better off starting with a block of solid steel and grinding and carving away everything that did not look like a Healey.
